I found it to be very informative.. It appears to be well researched... my only BUT is the information is mainly directed to "FIT" parents.. and does not talk much about how the courts are into bending backwards to give the UNFIT parent protection of their rights to the extent of depriving the rights of the FIT parent... It greatly help by quoting the Constitution and the amendments that directly are being denied by Family Court.

I read your book, fired my attorney and won my custody case against a corrupt judicial district, lawless county sheriff's department and a group of crooked lawyers. Nobody believed in me except me. Your book is worth hundreds of dollars!

Highly recommended if your have a divorce/child custody dispute. Read this FIRST before doing anything. You have rights, don't let the corrupt family lawyers tell you otherwise. The entire system is built to exploit kids and parents fears and take all their money.

This is a must read. It is an eye opening material. It helped me recognize my individual rights as a parent and those of my children. I used it as a reference to prepare for my case. The material helped me formulate my defense and helped me express clearly why both fit parents couldn’t share their responsibilities of raising their children without a third party interfering in their constitutional and natural rights.

Please see my video review. Enjoy!

This book gave my fiancé and I the hope that we needed to fight for his children. We are still in the middle of the battle, which can be heart breaking and very difficult, but at least we have hope. It is written very well and is not a difficult read at all. I highly recommend this book! It gives you need to cut through the bureaucracy and gives you a fighting chance.

This is the most comprehensive collection of information that I have been able to find on the subject of protecting your rights in divorce. As I began reading the book I would find myself saying "yes that is exactly what happened to me". Each and every step along the way through this book I felt more and more empowered by the knowledge. I look forward to putting it to use to insure that my child really does have his "best interest" considered. That interest is to have both parents in his life to the greatest extent of equality.

This book is a goldmine of case law and legal foundation on the subject of parental rights. I read this book cover to cover, took what I learned into my own court case, and prevailed. Highly recommended and a great investment!
