This book is a genuine Gift from yourSELF to yourself. It's a remarkable journey through some of Life's most epic questions. Where did we come from? Why are we here? Where are we going? What will be there when we get there? It's a beautifully orchestrated tool of "rememberance." Your Soul will remember and resonate with its eternal Truths as it opens to them, like "a thousand pedaled lotus opening to the Core of ITS BEING; Our BEING." I truly agree with the concepts set forth in this book and when reading them for the first time. I had my own theories regarding most of these concepts but reading this was like having my own philosophical ideas being read to me but in a much more polished and refined way. I believe that there is Ultimate Reality, beyond the Space/Time continuum, and that when someone leaves their physical body, in `no time at all', the other will be there in re-Union. This is a quote from "Home with God" that I resonate with so perfectly:"Such is the wonder of the ultimate Reality that, though it may be experienced as a long while for those who remain living in physicality within the illusion of time, it will be in your own Moment of Now that you will be reunited." - Page 300If you are reading these words, your Soul has invited you to read this book. There is no way this information could have come from Neale's conscious thoughts. Not sure if it is really God, but could be some higher, evolved entity with knowledge not known to us, speaking to his subconscious?.Either way, it is very comforting to know more of the existence of life on the other side, after we die from this realm on Earth. After loosing many loved ones, I wanted to know where we go and what happens to us. So I have read many books on near death experiences, and regression hypnosis of people, both, with amazing info about our life in the other plane we call Heaven. Neale's book, Home with God, correlates with what I have read before and adds even more to it. I am no longer afraid of death. Thank you Neale for your wonderful book and being brave enough to not fear being ridiculed by the unbelievers.

Walsch's book Conversations With God Book 1 was the first time I'd read ANYTHING that lined up with the way I was taught spiritually and answered so many questions no religious leader would ever provide me with a straight answer to. Home With God: In a Life That Never Ends did the same thing with regard to life and what happens after we disembark from the Earth plane and put me at peace knowing that we never really die, we just move on to the afterlife when our soul's purpose here has been achieved. It made me lose the fear of the unknown on the other side.Home With God helped me understand the stages of passing on, that there is only love - no hate, we only go when our soul has experienced what it came here to experience, and that no matter what, God is ALWAYS with us. Free will is always in play throughout life and the after life. It is quite difficult to explain all of this, so if you feel like there's something more after you pass on or you perhaps need to know that there is nothing to fear, just read this book. I have read all of Walsch's books. They have made all the difference in the world with how I live my life and how I feel about leaving the Earth plane. Oh, and if you are reluctant because you think it might be just a bunch of new age BS, check that idea at the door. No crystal balls or tarot cards here.

Our extended family lost a 7-year old boy in a tragic car accident, and I especially needed some soul-food that aligns with my beliefs. Within the first 15 pages, I was blown away with the affirmative answers to fundamental questions. Haven't yet finished the book, but I'm confident it will not disappoint. Who among us knows the Truth? I choose the beliefs laid out in this book.

This book provides clear perspective and fairly plain English explanations for all who want to know what happens when you die. It provides a joyful look at the glory of our everlasting lives and the perfect harmony with which our souls move through the cycles of life and death. This book gave me a lot of peace after my husband just passed quite unexpectedly. I am deeply thankful for this book and the Conversations with God trilogy, which initially prepared us both for the events that changed my life profoundly.

This is one of those books that best read in small doses, I think. It's not something you sit down and read cover to cover in a few days. I'd encourage anyone to read a page or 3 and digest it, contemplate it and examine what the contents mean to *you*.It doesn't matter if the author is actually having a "conversation with God" or not, I think this book is intended as a stepping stone to facilitate the reader's own conversation with God. There's a few critical reviews questioning the book's legitimacy, but in my humble opinion, they're missing the point. If someone is seeking a book, or a guru or a method of thinking to tidy all the answers up for them in one neat and compact package, they'll never find it. We have to do the work ourselves.I really like this book, I read it when I'm sad and it makes me feel better, gets me thinking from different perspectives.I'd recommend it also to people who've lost a loved one and maybe are struggling with grief. Nothing can ever make it all better but this book has a lot of beautiful sentiments and wisdom about the afterlife which I do find comforting.
